Come on, admit it; you know ya wanna see my feet again!

.
The road to recovery is slow but quite progressive. Since I've had the cast removed, there is improvement on a daily basis -- not just in the look but in the feel.
.
This is my foot last Monday:.
This is on Wednesday: .
And this is my foot today:.
Pretty good huh! I'm very encouraged!
.
Still, this is what my feet look like next to each other when I swing them over the side of the bed and place them on the floor:.

You might have come a long way baby, but there's still a ways to go.
.
And yes, that's new nail polish. I'm soooo bored! And I'm tired of hanging out with my sick-bed companions Betty Backache, Hetty Heating Pad and Randy Remote eating Lay's potato chips and thinking about how much I want to decorate for Christmas. Sigh!!
.
God is teaching me patience, I suppose, and other things that have not yet been revealed. And I did tell him just today "Thank you, Lord, for teaching me patience."
.
"Now Lord. Could we please move on to miracle walking now?"
.

Well, it is definitely looking better- Not GOOD- but better. Do you want to know that I broke my little toe a week ago tomorrow? Nothing compared to yours but what a pain in the patooty. Can't imagine what a pain YOURS has been!

Take heart-another week and it should be much better! hugs-Diana

Yep, patience for me has to come from the Maker 'cause this is one chick who runs very short on 'em.

Girl, your foot still looks very painful. Improved but painful.

Now listen to me and get that ornery Betty Backache outta your bed right now. I'm sure that gals up to no good!!!

I'm prayin' for your quick and complete recovery sweetie. Take care and God bless your weekend!!!

Your poor tootsies. :( You're right though, there is progress with each day.

Are you a knitter, or a crocheter? With this time on your hands (or bum, lol) you could knit a few scarves or baby blankets and bless the local hospital with some to hand out to patients who don't have any, or new babies leaving the hospital. Just a thought.

Hope you are up and at 'em in no time. :)

Did you recieve your package, yet?? Post office here said it should have arrived by this weekend the very latest with customs being the only possible hold up....just wanted to check. :)

I must say the colorful blue, greenish foot is pretty awesome.
Still pretty swollen next to the other one eh.
Hang in there...you'll be your ol' self soon enough.
don't rush it.
(and yeah, patience is a bummer)
