The multi-colored hues of Me!

.
Let's play a game! How about "One of these things is not like the other"?
.
Or we could play "Look Ma! No cast!"
.
The Orthopedic Surgeon says the bone will heal on its own and I just need to listen to my body as to when to walk and/or drive. The Physio gal told me to begin to exercise my foot when I felt I could and that I should keep on exercising until it could do everything the other foot can do. (I didn't ask if I'd be able to play the violin!)
.
Me and my little foot -- we're on our own now, I guess.
.
Well, we do have some really good friends though. We have Mrs Calcium-Magnesium as well as our new friend, Ms Robaxisal (because I've been having awful, excruiciatingly painful spasms in my foot just when I begin to doze off! It's made me afraid to go to sleep!). Plus we have Mr double-sized, extra firm Mattress with the 5-pillow chorus -- ahhhh! I love those guys! And we cannot forget our wonderful supporting staff of family and friends. I couldn't do it without them.
.
So, perhaps I'll just lie down and rest and you can play by yourself for a while!

What a relief to get the cast off! You won't be running any races for awhile but it is a definite improvement for sure!

Ohhh...Still looks painful to me! I hope it feels much better by Thanksgiving Day! I have those awful spasm cramp things in my legs at night-it will wake me up out of a dead sleep and I could just scream they hurt so bad. I have found that Magnesium and Potassium helps (when I am taking it). Hugs-Happy Healing- Diana

That looks painful. Here's to a quick recovery. I have to say at almost 41 years old I've never have had to endure a cast. Knock on wood.

That cast came off pretty quickly. Now don't be carrying loads of stuff coming down the stairs.

Poor foot looks very ill. Treat it with tender care. Lots of gently rubbing and oil treatments, by other people, hopefully. Yes, the toes are certainly showing off, I'd say.
Listen to what the pros say and take it easy. You want it back 100%.
Blessings. B

Ouch! It still looks sore. Have you heard of Arnica gel? It helps the bruising and reduced the swelling. You can buy it at Superstore in the health food section. Take care of yourself! :)
