In the Garden

After days of rain and drizzle, the sunshine on Friday was very welcome.  Here's a look at what's in the garden.

And the pansies!

And daughter #2 was blooming on Friday!  She graduated from 1st year of college, and she hopes to go back to do a 2nd year.

Congratulations Molly.  I'm very proud of you.

Congrats to your daughter and to you too on the beautiful blooms in your garden. Everything grows with love they say and I think you did wonderfully with both. Hope your Sunday is a great one!

My pansies seem to have gone all leggy in the warm weather. Oh, well.

Ah, rain. An event so rare where I am that it's the lead story on the news when it happens. Sure does wonders for the garden when it does, though. Love all that color in yours. Nice job.

Nice job, too, to your youngster. I just hope in the current economy that it serves her well. My daughter has three degrees in two majors, President's List, valedictorian, everything she needs to be a teacher, only to find, in California at least, that profession has gone the way of the telephone booth manufacturer. My suggeston: constantly study the marketplace, and be ready to change course on a dime to keep that education relevant. She should be fine if she can stay ahead of what the economy is going to want when she graduates.

Congratulations, in any case. Always good to be rewarded for your hard work!

Your flowers are so pretty Sandy, Gosh I wish we had some rain here. The ground is horribly dry. I've had to water everyday! Love Di ♥
