Yup! It was a wild Friday night here in Bridgewater with the first International PJ Party of 2012!
Japan, Korea and Canada were represented. Refreshments were served: hot buttered popcorn, brownies and rhubarb spritzers. And on the venue for the evening? Ponyo.
I love that little movie; and I had such fun.
Well, perhaps we didn't rock the house like Annette. But it sure was fun to be with my girls.
.....
(PS -- I can so still move-it like some of those "Funicello-ians". I just don't because I don't want to displace a hip joint!)

I recall lots of pajama parties; you sound like you had a great one.
Oh my...I remember that show.
I bet you had a GREAT time.
Hi, Sounds like real fun.
Remember Candy on the Beach movies.
She was the one always wearing the fringed outfit and really shaking and twisting. I wonder if she can still do that today or if her back gives her any trouble. hehehehehe
Never got to go to a PJ party when I was young. But I remember Annette. Looks like you all had a blast partying. ENJOY! Take care.
Pajama parties were loads of fun and I do remember watching movies and eating popcorn trying to stay awake. We never made it the whole night through and it sure was tough getting up the next morning. Most of the time we all had to head home for our Saturday chores so we were up and out early. But it was fun.
Awww, pajama parties are the best. I bet you can show those go go girls that your go hasn't all gone!
Woohoo, did that bring back the memories. Annette was my fave when she was on the Mickey Mouse Club back in the day and continued all through her movie days!
Great clip...had me singin' and dancin!!!
I be ya'll had the best of times there at your PJ party.
God bless and have a beautiful weekend sweetie!!!
Party on...............
Your girls are so lucky to have you as their host mother. My husband had such a crush on Annette when he was a teen. Great fun movies.
You brought back memories with mention of Annette Funicello. Not sure I spelled that right. What fun those days were. Looks like the pajama party was a huge success.
Blessings to you all, Barb
