A journey of exploration and discovery of who I am becoming during the aging process. A great big bang-up HURRAH! that I'm alive. A lot of talk about sundry and miscellaneous stuff & nonsense that may or may not have relevance; they may not even make sense (remember, I'm menopausal!). But I'm hoping they'll be fun.

I love how dedicated these athletes are! Yay for Canada and all the winners!
I did cheer for Canada and am so happy Canada as the host country is doing so well. I also cheer for my USA athletes and lots of talented athletes from round the world.
It is quite dazzling to watch.
Congrats to the host country for medals won! I always amazed at the effort and talent of the amazing athletes that participate in the Olympics.
CONGRATULATIONS to the gold metal athletes, to Canada and to all the athletes who have given their all!
