My Future Son-in-Law

Sidney Crosby scored the winner in overtime as Canada won the Olympic title Sunday, beating the United States 3-2 to become the first host nation to capture men's hockey gold in 30 years.

"Oh Libby," I replied. "He's a hockey player; he's bound to come into your hospital someday and you'll fix him up and he'll fall in love with you! And then Mama will be well taken care of in her old age!"

Victory is sweet. Third period was pretty nail-biting, however.

What a game! My daughter and I 'watched' it together, chatting online. She in Montreal, me stateside and when the US scored with 24 seconds left....oy! We did discuss how cute he is too!

Great games! Now we have to wait until 2012.
