What a wonderful event Easter is; a celebration of the new life that is available to all of us. Rebirth which is evident all around us in spring!

I set the table last night; and it looks like the Bunny has been here. Breakfast is just for Adriana and I; Libby is working until mid afternoon, so we'll have an Easter supper -- just the 3 of us this year.
There'll be soft boiled eggs (an Easter standard in this house) and oatmeal bunny biscuits with butter and raspberry jam.

Yesterday was glorious weather! The perfect time to bring out some of the lawn furniture. I see tea on the deck and gin and tonic in the swing in my near future!

Lots of lovely green things in the front bed. The crocus' are dying back, daffodils are getting ready to bloom and tulips are close behind. The hostas have poked through, lillies have a good start and even my 2 poppies are growing well. (I'm hoping they'll decide to bloom this year!)*
And the side bed is showing good promise as well. I like it that things grow at different paces in the various garden plots. *
And today calls for glorious weather as well! Looking forward to a great Easter day! I hope your's is wonderful!
