THRIFTY THURSDAY

*
I visited The Daisy yesterday, and here are my finds:
*
  • I almost overlooked this blouse on the rack but decided to try it on anyway. You know what Stacey and Clinton say! And bingo! It looked great on me. The print (see the closeup) is actually quite pretty with a tiny pop of color! Great with light weight black pants for spring.*
  • I like wearing tanks and camisoles but always wear a shirt/jacket over them. (Oh -- The lasting trauma of growing up with bodacious taataas!) This one is 100% linen and such a soft pretty green.
*
  • I was at the cash when a volunteer walked out with this shirt. Taking advantage of this awesome chance to exercise while shopping ....................... I swivelled on my right foot; step, step, stepped to the t-shirt rack; stretched, grasped, lifted, scanned (it's the right size and has pretty embelishments); smiled (we must not forget to work ALL our muscle groups); swivelled on my left foot; step, step, stepped; and was back at the cash before you could say "Feel the burn, baby!"

*
Total purchases = $9 (and no tax)

It was a good workout!

I wanted to thank you for visiting my blog recently and posting a comment! I appriciate it.

Someday I hope to find friends who will love me for me,and won't get jealous or be mean. It's comforting to know that I am not the only one that has gone through this type of situation. Plently have people have survived, and so will I!

Thanks again so much,
