.I've been very fortunate because I've never received hate mail on my blog. But I know that many of you have. I think we all agree that it's hard to understand why someone you don't know would say mean things to you. But it happens.

Now there's a new way to deal with hate mail. The best way, I think! Spotlight the nasty, share it with other bloggers and let us help to reinforce you. (And you might possibly have a chance to laugh at the nay-sayers.)
This is a new blog called My Favorite Hate Mail: Where Mean Comments Go To Die. It was started a short time ago by Mandi from Vintage Revivals and Vivian from The V Spot.
- . If you've had enough of the nasties out there;
- If you feel that everyone is entitled to their own personal style
- If you feel that we're entitled to our own opinion (as long as it doesn't hurt others);
- And if you need a healthy way to bury the vicious barbs of negative bloggers
There's just enough negative in the world already!

AMEN! There IS enough negative in the world- it's time to put a stop to it!
I just looked at that blog today! I just recently got my first two hate comments. One was from someone who didn't have a blog or an email attached to their sign-on and the other was a spam email. On the spam one I was just getting ready to click on their "blog" and realized that it was a link to herbal supplements! In both instances I would have just sent them an email explaining what my blog is about and thank them for their comment (kill them with kindness).
I've truly never had any nasty comments. I have had people think it cruel to do away with harmful destructive animals we run into livin' the farm life. As a farm chick ya learn ya just have to bite the bullet and do it sometimes.

I approve my comments and the reason I do that is my husband and I have been verbally attacked on a social network site and it would not be stretching it for those folks to move to my blog. Life is far to short to deal with that ugliness. I have had a sort of negative comment but I laughed about it and the reader was joking...he is British and has this wonderful dry humor. I will check out these blogs. ♥O
just remember what our mothers taught us "if you don't have anything nice to say...." Hard to believe people would criticize 'free' stuff - don't like it don't read it - geesh! thanks for your blog and your blog kindness! Nancy LeB in B'water
That's funny. I really haven't had any hateful things on my blog...a couple of strange spam things, but that's it so far!
